What kind of features does this car have? Good: The looks have worn well. Very tidy handling. The frugal, fun to drive TDI 90 is the one to go for. Bad: Replacing the exhaust will hurt your wallet. Spanish VAG build, not as good as German. Not very roomy.

SEAT Salsa (2003 - 2004) Stoke

Good: Stunning looks from arguably Europe's top designer.
Bad: Took forever to translate into the Leon II as both the Altea and the taxi-like Toledo III preceded it.

SEAT 2002 Ibiza Reveiw Stoke

After all, I'd been very fond of the old Ibiza, especially in TDI 110 and 1.8T Cupra incarnations. I'd rated the new Polo on which the new Ibiza is based as a joyful little car and good fun to drive in Stoke.

SEAT Alhambra (1996 - 2009) Stoke

Good: True seven-seater with more cheerful trim than its VW Sharan and Ford Galaxy equivalents. Good car-like drive.
Bad: Basic spec on early models. Aircon is prone to fail and, on early cars, sited in a vulnerable place. Mechanical problems not unknown.

Seat Altea Stoke

SEAT optimistically call it a ‘Multi Sports Vehicle’, trying to create a niche within a niche. There’s bags of room for bags. Storage areas above and below the luggage compartment. Read on to learn more about the vehicle available in the market in Stoke.

SEAT Altea (2004 - ) Stoke

Good: Roomy cabin with a decent boot. Beautiful styling. Excellent crash test rating.

SEAT Altea Freetrack Stoke

SEAT, being part of VAG and availing itself of VAG’s parts bin, has taken a different route and fitted the Altea Freetrack 4 with the same Audi quattro-derived running gear as the Skoda Octavia Scout. And either the 170PS version of the 2.0TDI or the 200PS 2.0TSI petrol engine.

SEAT Cordoba (1994 - 2003) Stoke

Good: Tidy handling, well built and generous luggage space. The 1.6-litre 100bhp is the pick of the line-up.

SEAT Cordoba (2003 - ) Stoke

Good: A cheaper Ibiza with a huge boot and plenty of kit. Drives just as well and is solidly screwed together.

SEAT Exeo (2009 - ) Stoke

Good: 2.0TDI 143 SE and Sport surprisingly good to drive. Very well sorted chassis. Very economical. Pulls form 1,100rpm. Exceptionally solid build.
Bad: Undistinguished looks, inside and out. Really a refurbished Audi A4 B7.

SEAT Exeo Road Test Stoke

Over the model life of the Audi A4 B6 and B7, what started out as an attractive, solidly built, yet sometimes unwieldy and hard riding car turned into quite a good one. It was almost as if criticisms had been listened to and faults rectified as a result.

Good: Rides and handles even better than the previous version. More fun than a VW Polo. 1.8 20VT Cupra most fun. TDI 110 most practical.

SEAT Ibiza IV 2009 Stoke

Despite that and a deep 292 litre boot (with a full size spare wheel underneath), it’s actually lighter than the old Ibiza, so goes a bit better with lower CO2s and better economy in Stoke.

SEAT Ibiza SC (2008 - ) Stoke

The new Bocanegra has attractive 17-inch ‘Sira’ alloys. Inside, the sports seats are upholstered with special fabric made up of rhomboids stitched together in red, while the upper part of the seats sport the logo that identifies this version – a capital ‘B’ also stitched in red.
